This project was mainly inspired by The Royal Pavilion, Brighton, UK due to the ornate details found within the interior of the building and the beautiful architecture. The rich colours used in the different rooms helped Lottie choose a concise colour palette, where she was then able to create a collection of luxurious fashion fabrics.
Due to the photography restrictions within The Royal Pavilion; Lottie decided to take a sketchbook along with her to capture particular details and elements of the interiors she would like to translate into designs for her woven fabrics.
